Do you feel like the anxieties and worries of your mind are running the show? Are they constantly dictating and controlling how you live and react?
Meditation helps us know our own mind. We observe its reactions to things, good, bad, and indifferent, and with practice become less reactive to its shenanigans. Ultimately, we step into our role as director of our mind instead of being at the mercy of its many, many stories, worries, and anxieties.
