Drop in with a pre-recorded sound journey under our autumn moons for sensory exploration through sound, rest, and stillness.

Make a cozy nest with pillows, blankets, and your earphones and drift into a cozy slumber. Or listen while stretching or meditating.

You’ll be serenaded in a soothing space by the sounds of my singing bowls, gong, chimes, and more.
