Join me for an evening of sensory exploration through sound, rest, and stillness. Make a cozy nest with pillows, blankets, and your earphones and drift into a cozy winter solstice slumber. You’ll be serenaded in a restful meditative space by the sounds of my singing bowls, gong, chimes, and more.
