First Video is a Wrap!

Namaste Friends!

A quote that has stuck with me is,

“Sometimes fear never goes away, so we have to just do it afraid!”

Here is my “just doing it afraid!” I’m proud to say . . .

 First Video Is A Wrap!

In 2011 I knew my website would be a great way to share what I love, and my first initial share was a video, and I only showed it to two people . . .  From that, The Dancing Soul was born, but I never really did any more videos, except for some Periscopes!

I don’t mind the shooting and all that goes with that, but trying to learn how to edit, well, has tripped me up every time.

So, I’ve been learning . . . I am walking through my fears, and all these years later here we are!

I know I’ll look back one day and say, “not bad for my first attempt at shooting, writing, and editing it myself!

Here’s a lovely breathing exercise for reducing stress and balancing our thinking mind and creative mind, in honor of actually do those things we think about, I give you Nadi Sodhana – Alternate Nostril Breathing!
