Join me for my MELT Intro at Bindu Yoga Studio to be eligible for my MELT BY The Book Series beginning the first Sunday in September.

Plus, my first scheduled workshop for 2016 is up. Yay! I’ll be at Gyrotonic Satnam for a MELT intro right after the holidays on January 9th.
