Our Reflexive Core is a double bag of connective tissue surrounding our torso- (it’s one part of a dual stabilizing mechanism) and it supports and protects our spine and organs, so commit to doing this move at least three times a week and note any changes.

Remember to sip water throughout the day instead of guzzling all at once! This is also a great sequence post recovery from ANY abdominal or back surgeries. It helps to regain the synergy in this stabilizing system!

Today I’m grateful for owning my story, every dark, twisted, and intoxicatingly beautiful aspect of it. Owning it has made me want to be a better person, to face my darkness in order to find my strength, to connect with others on a deeper level, and to ultimately be part of the change I wish to see in the world!! We are all capable of so much love and light, let us find the courage to shine! Namaste!
