Day 12 of MELT and Nourish with Yoga Challenge!

A little MELT Toe Rinsing can be quite beneficial for relieving tension in the toes be it from tight shoes, or any foot conditions such as neuroma, neuropathy, bunions, or hammertoes.

It is wonderful for restoring blood flow and fluid directly to the toes.

I add it on after any of the foot treatments … its like a little icing on the cake!

I am part of the load
Not rightly balanced
