Day 2 MELT and Nourish With Yoga Challenge!

Today’s map included some shin work!

I love to work here when my Plantar fascia becomes aggravated. I work on my squatting, not squats, but on squatting positions instead of sitting in a chair or on the couch.

I use my MELT half roller under my heels to slowly encourage those lines to open, but sometimes I push it a bit too much then, I have to baby it for a few days. This move always helps!

Day 2 of #nourishwithyoga is #chaturangadandasana#fourlimbedstaffpose. I use the MELT roller to assist my form. I work on keeping my shoulder girdle aligned and slowly decrease my weight on the roller.
