Day 3 of #nourishwithyoga is #malasana#garlandpose. My heels don’t touch the floor yet, so I use a prop under my heels! The half roller works nicely for me, as its nice and soft!
Bring your awareness to the thoughts and the self talk that’s going on within you today. Are they negative or judgmental, are they the same as yesterday and the day before? If so, know you have all the power and potential to change the way you see things – especially yourself and how you relate to your world.
