One of my favorite things about MELT is it gives us permission to go inside, to get out of our head, and connect to what our body is trying to communicate to us.

Day 3 of #nourishwithyoga is #malasana –#garlandpose. My heels don’t touch the floor yet, so I use a prop under my heels! The half roller works nicely for me, as its nice and soft!
Bring your awareness to the thoughts and the self talk that’s going on within you today. Are they negative or judgmental, are they the same as yesterday and the day before? If so, know you have all the power and potential to change the way you see things – especially yourself and how you relate to your world. You can literally change your neural pathways – you can rewire your patterns . . . the potential we have is so great its hard for the mind to even grasp!
Allow the words of Brene Brown to penetrate your cells, don’t think with your mind as you read, feel the truth of it in your body! Your body never lies!
