I’m doing the beginner modification with and with an opening for my hips-an area that always needs TLC on me. It’s nice to have these small challenges within my personal asana practice. I’m enjoying seeing the gains in confidence as well as strength!

I’m learning to not limit myself or what I think I can do based on past engrained beliefs or even yesterday’s beliefs for that matter.

I’m striving to always see life with fresh and curious eyes …. This is why these words resonate with me today.
