Love as Represented in Shrivatsa!

Happy Valentines Day Dancing Souls’! Love is so powerful, and seemingly fleeting at times when daily trials and emotions trump its power! But, on this day we live it to the fullest, sometimes stressing about how we can show our love … Let us harness the power of love … in its true form!

When you look into the eyes of your love, what do you sense, can you transcend language and simply ‘feel’? Remember all the reasons you fell in love, and all the small unspoken ways it intoxicatingly transformed your days and moods! And, if there isn’t a lover, can you be your best lover? Let your life and your space be your lover, let all those great things you do for yourself be your lover. What do you feel when you look into your own eyes, can you transcend old judgements and emotions and ‘feel’ your heart?

The heart chakra relates to the element of air, so our breath is a great way to expand this center. If it appeals to you, lets do a heart opening meditation together, wherever you are, if you can sit and close your eyes, or even if in a meeting, on the phone or in your car, no need to close the eyes or let anyone know …  on the inhale, light travels in from the crown of your head and fills your heart with white light  … on the exhale, expand that light from your heart into and beyond your physical space. Two more times … Beautiful … do you feel the expansion, the lightness, the fluttering? What you are ‘feeling’ is the energy of your heart, love! Let’s do our best and choose to keep our heart center expanded, everyday!

And tomorrow, when this day of lavish love performances has passed, we will again look into the eyes of our beloved and eclipse all other emotions and words … we will feel all the ways love transcends us and brings us all closer together, and we will unequivocally keep our Heart Chakra expanded in its endless continuity as represented in Shrivatsa!
