A little MELTed Self Care on the bed.

I propped my injured leg up on pillows and MELTed my hands and good foot, my entire right leg with rinsing included, a rebalance with pillows bolstered on both sides for support, and finished with base of skull and neck decompress, all on the bed!

Let’s just say gentle movement and assisting the body’s natural healing mechanisms is what the Dr. Ordered!!!
