Day 20 of #nourishwithyoga is a #MondayMudra,#DhyaniMudra. It is the mudra of contemplation. It encourages effortless meditation and a sacred space between thoughts for deep silence. It encourages an emptying, a freedom, and trust that all we need is always provided, and thus allows us to surrender.
In honor of this emptying of old ways that keep us from fully blossoming into our full nature – pure love, it was Rumi who inspired me today . . .
