MELTed Self-Care Challenge Day 7: Inner Thigh Glide & Shear

The inner thigh is a great place to begin if you have lower back pain or SI Joint issues. Its part of our Rooted Core, a network of connective tissue and muscle that runs from the inner arches of our feet up the deep spine into the skull. Its tensional energy is upward and works to keep our heavy masses over our small feet.

It’s one of my favs!! Well. okay maybe I do have A LOT of favs!!

The inner thigh is a powerful place to work, because of how it affects both pelvic and knee alignment. Treating the inner thighs will leave your hips feeling open and easeful and can relieve tension in the knees, hips, back and even neck!
