Well, I’m not promising anything, lol, but this breath is a cooling and calming breath by the very way we breath.
It requires a slow breath which I find to be a great practice for when stuff really matters, in the thick of everyday life.
Yoga gives us practical tools for when we find ourselves in challenging situations. The breath is the doorway into calming the nervous system, cooling hot tempers/frustrations, and facilitating shifts from a state of overactivity/stimulation to a more receptive/open state.
In my experience, showing up in meditation on the daily a game-changer in life! Every aspect of your life will benefit from your commitment!!!
