Summer of MELT Love!

I had the opportunity to share MELT with the young dancers of Downtown Dance at their summer dance camp! Ages ranged from 8-15 years old.

They were so wonderful to work with, and truly have great body sense! I loved how verbal they were regarding how they felt before and after MELTing! The night before class, one of the kids asked his Mom if he could bring her MELT kit, because it would be totally cool if he had his own MELT balls for class!!! LOVE!!!

I’ve been having so much fun this summer teaching you all the many benefits of cultivating a MELT practice! We have been learning techniques to live pain free, improve hydration, improve movement quality, and even sagging skin and cellulite … not that any of us have to worry about these last two issues, but in the event you’re curious for uhm, say a “friend”,  then join me this Saturday in Stuart and/or Sunday in Lake Worth to learn more!

It’s my last weekend of events leading up to my Anti-Aging series in July! We will take what we learned in the past month’s events to the next level.
