Amsterdam Full Moon

❤️ Full Moon greetings from Amsterdam! 

I’ve been trying to create and post my newsletter for a few days, but MailChimp is being super touchy and is obviously teaching me the rhythm of this Virgo full moon, to be present, grounded, and let it all go! 

The technical difficulties keep coming… Sooo I’ve literally copied and pasted my social media post below and there are formatting issues with the two pics I managed to upload… but such is life …

 I thought I’d say a quick hello as I quietly continue to wander the streets and canals of Amsterdam!

It feels as though I can slip right into the rhythms here. As though I’ve spent time here before… As I’m going on my third week away from home staying here and there, traveling to and fro, I’ve come to realize my yoga mat is right here with me ALL the time, my breath!

It’s the tool that needs no space for a mat, no special equipment or setup, all I have to do is drop into it, anytime, anywhere! It’s been my own personal altar and sense of familiarity as I wander the globe.

So, at this moment, at the Full Moon, notice your breath… notice in the inhale we are meant to receive and the exhale we are meant to give and let go.

Let your breath be your guidepost for how well you are opening to life. When you’re feeling out of sorts, check to see if it’s shallow, constricted and see if you can move it to a space of flow. Allow the belly to fill, the chest, and then allow it all to fall and soften.
