New Moon & Meditation for Anxiety/Worry
Happy New Moon, Friends!
Do you feel the anxieties and worries of your mind are running the show? Are they constantly dictating and controlling how you live and react to things in life?
Meditation helps us know our own mind, to observe its reactions to things, good, bad, and indifferent, and with practice become less reactive to its shenanigans. Ultimately, we step into our role as director instead of being at the mercy of its many stories, worries, and anxieties.
From my own life and experience, I know for sure, this will empower you beyond measure and give you more energy for the brilliant and amazing stuff you wish to create and do in the world.
Here’s a short breathing meditation called, Dealing With Your Own Mind. #fitting
Breathing through the left nostril is calming and shifts the mind from being anxious and reactive to pleasant and positive in as little as a few seconds. #yesplease

Capricorn New Moon Blessings!
Another New moon is upon us and it falls in the grounded and Earthy Capricorn, marking yet another lunar cycle, a time for new beginnings. We’ve likely noticed stuff coming up during the waning phase of this previous cycle.
Old habits, beliefs, attitudes, patterns. Look at what tripped you up and use it as a catalyst for new intentions.
Do you like what came up? How about your reactions to them? If not, what would you change? What does that look and feel like?
In this new lunar cycle, envision your dream scenarios, and over the next few weeks of the waxing phase, when things are slowly illuminated, notice what opportunities, articles, conversations, inspirations, and people are popping up on your radar. These are little signs for you to learn to nurture the seeds planted on the new moon.
You’ll be wise to find some quite or meditative time each day, even if it’s only a few minutes. It’ll clear the space, the cobwebs so to speak, so you’ll notice and act on these signs along the way.

Namastream has been amazing for me. I’m more comfortable live streaming and making/selling videos, but its always been my goal to eventually have EVERYTHING I offer on The Dancing Soul and now its happening!!!

I’m embarking on another Sound Healing Training in Sarasota this February. This training is a Gong Healing training and then, I leave for South Africa and Amsterdam. WHAT??? I can’t believe it’s all almost here.
I’m doing a level Two Kundalini Yoga training in South Africa, will hang with friends and explore the wine country, go on Safari, and then head over to Amsterdam to hang with more friends, play, and explore The Netherlands.
I am a traveling nomad at heart …
