Namaste and Happy New Moon, Friends! 

I hope this finds you courageously diving into the playful depths of your lion heart this new lunar cycle in Leo!

We’ve experienced powerful cosmic energy this year. At the start, veils were removed and by February we began to recognize what we truly want out of life, career, and relationships.

We’ve been doing deep work in clearing the old and making room for the new. As the year passes we continue to gain greater clarity of what our Truth looks, feels, and tastes like. We’ve had pockets of cosmic energy keeping us on the course and aiding us to peel back layers of what’s holding us back. Now, with the powerful portal opening with this first of two new moons in Leo and the upcoming August eclipse season, we have prime opportunity to shoot for the stars in all aspects of our life and TAKE ACTION to make it happen.

Leo is about utilizing fearless solar action to bring our authentic, playful, and courageous heart, with no shame or apologies, into every aspect of our life.

This new moon energy and the opening of our eclipse season is going to feel like someone fixed a rocket to your life. You MUST stay grounded and in tune with your inner voice or the outside world will dictate your state of being from moment to moment, often leaving you feeling as though you have no control of the reigns.

By connecting the sacred bija (seed) mantra, Sat Nam, to the rhythm of our heart beat, the powerhouse of Leo energy, we can dance with these cosmic energies through this next lunar cycle.

Sat means Truth. Nam means Name or Identity. Sat has an upward etheric energy reaching through the crown chakra and into the cosmos tapping into the Great Mystery of life. The energy of Nam grounds through the root chakra manifesting our unique expression of this cosmic truth on our Earth walk.Lastly, a few announcements …

We’ll gather again for Full Moon Kundalini Dance on Sunday, August 6th, 3-4:30pm to honor ourselves, grandmother moon and the Universe within us. We’ll move into the cosmic energy of a magical full moon/lunar eclipse with a sweet kriya, meditation, and dance to world music including African, American, and Indian.

I’ll be playing on Friday nights in August for Sonic Brew 7:30-8:30 PM at The Inner Brew with my dear sound sister, Sat Kirtan Kaur. We hope to see you there.
