Happy Spring Equinox!
My MELT schedule for Sunday’s at Downtown Dance is open for registration!
I will be having hour long classes for us to play with compression techniques and neurostrength for stability of the joints.
No equipment needed, just bring water, a yoga mat, wear comfortable clothes, and discover bliss!
You can access the schedule and registration information by clicking here!
Over the next week I will be looking at my Powhow schedule and tweaking some times and class lengths. Maybe a few 30 min MELT express classes to start the day, maybe a 45 hand and foot class, or perhaps a later evening class to prepare for rest!
Would it be helpful for you to have a video reference to see how easy it is to sign up and log in to class?
Please do not hesitate to let me know what you think and if you have any specific times or class themes you would like me to explore!
My goal with the online webcam classes is to help you have greater access to building a MELT practice! I’m open to any suggestions!
In the meantime, check out my Powhow studio to see the current class times and please give me feedback . . .
Closing with some spring inspiration!
I’m grateful to live in paradise!!
No filter, just a beautifully majestic tree sitting on our Lake Trail here on the island of Palm Beach! Incredible energy coming from this beauty!
Taking advantage of a small break between clients this morning, and a stroll and some reflective reading was calling to my soul this morning!
Go outside today at some point with NO earbuds in, nothing but you and nature! Feel and hear how the Divine is whispering to you through every step, every breath, every breeze, every bird, and every creature!
We are not of nature, we are nature! ?
See you in class soon!
Love and Light!
Namaste
“When all the world appears to be in a tumult, and nature itself is feeling the assault of climate change, the seasons retain their essential rhythm. Yes, fall gives us a premonition of winter, but then, winter, will be forced to relent, once again, to the new beginnings of soft greens, longer light, and the sweet air of spring.” — Madeleine M. Kunin
