In The Moment

With The Dancing Soul

Welcome to a long overdue,

In The Moment With The Dancing Soul!

Namaste Friends!

Wow! So much has been happening lately . . .

This past July I was asked to be a teaching assistant for the advanced MELT training at Red Mountain Resort in Utah! Um, of course, I said yes! LOL! I’m still incredibly inspired by all the women who came to the training to learn how to share the beautiful and powerful techniques of MELT Neurostrength! They will help so many people live a more active life with less pain and injury. I’m blessed and honored to have been a part of their journey! ? I also had the opportunity to teach a class for the entire resort! Um, was I nervous? You betcha! It was the largest MELT class I’ve ever taught, and incredibly rewarding in so many ways!

Sound Healing  . . .

I’ve also been working with a teacher to become a sound healer using Tibetan and Crystal Singing Bowls, Chanting Mantra, and the Harmonium, an Indian pump organ. I’ll leave a couple of videos here for you to enjoy and get a taste of . . . I’m already incorporating the singing bowls and mantra into my MELT classes, and I’m loving the healing vibes it adds to the already brilliant work of MELT!

I’m Going to India . . .  Yes! You read that correctly ? rishikeshpic

So, yeah, on Wednesday I’m headed to India for a month to immerse myself in the teachings of Kundalini Yoga. There’s no better place to learn yoga than the birthplace of yoga, India! I’m beyond excited to embark on this life-changing journey in preparation to teach you all this beautiful style of Yoga. It’s said to be the Mother of all Yoga, and all other forms fit under its Umbrella. Much more to come as I learn ?

New Beginnings . . .

I moved into a new apartment in Palm Beach Gardens, and I’m loving it. I can walk more places as its centrally located in Midtown! It’s the smallest apartment since college, I have less stuff since college, and I love the feeling  . . . Very freeing!

*** REMINDER: ALL CLASSES WILL RESUME THE FIRST WEEK OF NOVEMBER AFTER I RETURN AND SETTLE FROM INDIA . . . TO REFRESH YOUR MEMORY OF CLASS TIMES AND PRICING PLEASE CLICK HERE ***

The following video is a peak at my new apartment in PBG, and you can also hear the mantra I’m sharing below. I will leave you with a mantra for living a life that contributes to peace, compassion, living in harmony with nature and our fellow human beings! May we all contribute to the greater good ?

Lokah Samastah Sukhino Bhavantu

Translation: May all beings everywhere be happy and free, and may the thoughts, words, and actions of my own life contribute in some way to that happiness and to that freedom for all.

Stay up to date on my trip to India by following me on Social Media! Click any of the “Let’s Be Social” social media tabs in the top right of this page to see pics and videos as I journey through my teacher training in Rishikesh! Much Love and Light, Tanya

Quote- A Knock at The Door!

When was the last time you released the unshed tears at the bottom of your soul? Let your tears break the surface, washing the shores of your heart. They bring with them the emeralds, rubies, and lost-treasure pearls from the depth of your being. - A Knock At The Door
