Spring and Full Moon Blessings
Happy Easter and Full Moon, Friends!
Throughout history, we’ve stopped to honor seasonal beginnings and ends We recently marked the Spring Equinox and recognized this balanced cosmic dance between giving (light) and receiving (dark).
And now until Summer Solstice, the days lengthen and life awakens from its wintry slumber. From the growing light to the birth of baby animals and blooming of nature’s flower art, we ARE part of this cycle of life.
To honor this, let’s take a focused breath… breathing in the nose to receive and out of the mouth with a relaxing sigh to give … Again… last time…
If you did it, lol, how do you feel? You didn’t need equipment, the “perfect” yoga body/clothes, or moral belief system to meditate. You just created a perfectly brief meditation moment and this makes me happy.
You need not be a yogi/spiritual person to honor these moments on the wheel of time. Being a living breathing human is the only requirement, and maybe to remind ourselves to slow down and take our cues from nature.

Libra Full Moon Musings …
We equate this time of year with spring cleaning our homes, and we know it feels much lighter, we have breathing room, and there’s a joy in the space.
What about our internal homes? How many attitudes, beliefs, fears, and stories do we hold onto? How many of them are legitimately getting in the way of truly being happy and joyful?
Personally, I’m a master collector, but after a while, it’s exhausting and outdated!!! Meditation is one way I clear the internal clutter otherwise, this crap builds up like dust on shelves.
This doesn’t mean life is all roses and butterflies… #newagebs ?… I’m learning to sit with the highs and lows without judging one as better/worse.
My low days soften me to other people, on my high days I get out of my own way, and slowly but surely old habits, beliefs, and attitudes are swept away leaving more energy to create, find joy, and live life openly with less judgments.
Even something as simple as the three breaths we did above can begin to work that “spring cleaning” full moon magic. For more tools check out my FREE Resource Library.
