After a long travel day, it’s worth saying, vacations are life changing, opening, wonderful in so many ways, but coming home is oh so sweet! ?
Showered and just finished a lovely lower body compression sequence and a Rebalance sequence for some much needed grounding after being in the skies all day!!
Now I get to sleep in my own bed again! ? It truly has been so fun having taking you all on this virtual tour of Europe! ❤
My suitcase will get some much needed rest for a few weeks … until the Gil Hedley workshop in San Fran next month!! I bid you all a good night!
