New Kundalini Yoga

Namaste, Bright Ones! I’m finally settled in from my India adventures. Blog coming soon with pictures ? For now, My new Kundalini Yoga and MELT Method class schedules are open for registration! Classes begin Thursday, 11/17/2016 I’ll be in Lake Worth, PBG, and at Marcinski Park in Juno Beach each week!!!  Sunday’s class at Marcinski park is by donation (minimum $10.00 suggested love donation). 30% of class proceeds will go to various global and local movements and organizations. I’m inspired to support those working authentically to bring people together to raise awareness of our planet and humanity as a whole. December will be Ramana’s Garden, a beautiful home and primary school for underprivileged children in India. I had the pleasure of visiting and meeting the children while in India. I’ve created a few minutes of sound healing with singing bowls and the Siri Gaitri Mantra, Ra ma da sa saa say so hung. The version playing in the background is by Snatam Kaur. This mantra taps into the energies of the sun, moon, earth, and the Infinite Spirit to bring deep healing.   Ra – Sun Ma – Moon Daa – Earth Saa – Impersonal Infinity Saa Say – Totality of Infinity So – Personal sense of merger and identity Hung – The infinite, vibrating and real.
